Only if you use the purchased version of mxGraph that ships under
the commercially-oriented license. This version allows you to
re-distribute the mxGraph Javascript library with your application
or from your web server. The recipient, be they your customer, or
someone viewing your web page that includes mxGraph functionality
can freely use the functionality that mxGraph provides. They, however,
cannot copy, re-distribute or use that mxGraph source in their own
application.
How much does mxGraph cost for a commercial license?

application will be on a public or protected web site, or on an
intranet. The price range of mxGraph starts at 5,000 Euros for a
limited distribution single development license with 12 months of

There is version of mxGraph that is licensed specifically for
non-profit organisations and private individuals, it can be
